the quiet storm lording from atop the highest tower,
gaze upon her and know why all skeletons sing,
Glory to the Skeleton Queen.”

Lola Tirador
The sixth and final resident of the Hodag cabin at Ranger Pugsly’s camp, Lola is considered to the best marksman amongst the scouts. She swears up and down that she even pulled off that robin hood thing where he splits an arrow straight down the middle with another arrow this one time. She says could probably even do it again if she wasn’t always wrapped head to toe in bandages.
Despite Lola’s keen eye(s), she’s always managing to trip and stumble into things. Other campers consider her to be prone to accidents, and try to stay just far enough away so that she won’t tumble into them. They learned not to keep too close after a hike in which she managed to trip on a root, slam into three other campers and take them all with her down a long, steep hill littered with thorn bushes, snake pits, booby traps, highway robbers and what might’ve been some kind of terrifying, ancient pit beast, thought to be long dead and erased from the minds of men.
But even though they’re extra careful walking around her, many don’t think of Lola as a bad person. Boastful and oblivious at times, sure, but she’s a pleasant enough person to be around when she isn’t making everyone else’s lives more dangerous then they already are.

Penny Pickens
A resident of the Hodag cabin at Ranger Pugsly’s camp, Penny fancies herself the camp clown, donning her colorful makeup every morning before figuring out what new prank she’s going to pull that day. As she likes to put it, all the world’s a stage and that stage is all for her.
Unfortunately, most of the other campers find Penny more intimidating than entertaining. Even being in her presence makes many campers very nervous. Penny thought for sure she’d get them with the old rock-filled-pie-in-the-face trick, but no luck there. She thought it was hilarious when she gave some birthday balloons to another camper, only to pop them and release dozens of spiders with which she had filled them onto the unsuspecting child. But nobody else did.
Oh well! Penny won’t let that get her down. She’s going to give it her all, each and every day, ignoring all the pleas and petitions from all the other camp residents!

Suzie Herodo
A resident of the Hodag cabin at Ranger Pugsly’s camp, Suzie is an avid reader and knowledge absorber. Her favorite subject is history, especially when it pertains to ancient cultures. Ranger Pugsly, the kind pug-man that he is, has allowed her access to his personal collection of books during her stay at camp.
A natural storyteller, other campers have become a bit wary about believing everything they hear from Suzie. She has a tendency to ‘edit’ events at her discretion believing that she’s making the stories better by doing so. Did George Washington really cross the Delaware River on the back of an enormous alligator which he then used to crush the british in its mighty maw? Hearing Suzie tell it, that’s exactly what happened.

Aabra Bitar
A resident of the Hodag cabin at Ranger Pugsly’s camp, Aabra enjoys playing with puppies, watching kung fu movies and taking nice, relaxing rolls in the skate park. Even when she isn’t using the darn thing, she likes to keep her board close at hand and is never seen without it.
Aabra can be pretty easygoing and seems to get along well with most of the other campers, but despite her presumably carefree attitude, she aggressively refuses to let anyone else lay a hand on her skateboard. It’s hers, not theirs. If they want one so badly, they can go and get their own. Ranger Pugsly learned this fact when he tried to confiscate it at the beginning of camp, only to receive a ferocious bite on his arm. He let her keep the board.

Carla Montse
A resident of the Hodag cabin at Ranger Pugsly’s camp, Carla aspires to be a professional treasure hunter. Luckily for her, Pugsly’s camp is the perfect place to get her start.
Rarely will she be found in the company of campers from other cabins, preferring the camaradarie of her fellow Hodag cabin-mates. Carla is definitely one of Pugsly’s more adventurous youth however, tending to wander off on a whim to explore in search of fame and riches. Determined and headstrong, she’s known to rush into things and often tries to take on more then she can actually handle.

Hazel Corvus
A resident of the Hodag cabin at Ranger Pugsly’s camp, Hazel appears to have an almost obsessive fascination with birds, going so far as to base many of her mannerisms off their behavior patterns. She prefers high places to being on the ground and can often be found sitting at the tops of tall trees around camp.
She seems to exert a certain influence over avifauna, but doesn’t necessarliy control them. Birds tend to flock to her and even interact with her. This is usually off-putting for many of the other campers, but that’s alright with her as she generally prefers the company of avians.
She keeps a crow companion named Olive.
